I have the honour to forward the enclosed copy

of minute dated the 11th. July, 1913, by Kr. C. Clementi, the Assistant Colo isl Secretary, concerning a discrepancy in the boundaries of the Colony as laid down in the Treaty of Hanking and in the Letters Patent of the 5th. April, 1843. I shall be glad to know whether the archives of the Colonial Office or of the Foreign Office throw any light upon this subject, and, if so, to be furnished with a copy of the pertinent correspondence.
